General guidance for product concerns and store enquiries.

Because meat and many meat products are perishable, ordinary change-of-mind returns may not be possible after a product has left the store. This does not affect any rights available under applicable consumer law where goods are faulty, incorrectly described or otherwise not of satisfactory quality.
Report a concern promptly
Contact the store as soon as possible. Keep the product, packaging, receipt or payment record and any relevant photographs. Do not continue consuming a product if you believe it may be unsafe.
Assessment
The store may need to review the product, storage history, purchase details and the nature of the concern before offering a replacement, refund or another resolution.
Incorrect collection
If you receive a product that does not match the confirmed order, notify the store promptly and avoid altering or using the item before receiving guidance.
